Cattle fraud charges brought

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) _ A 58-year-old Topeka area man has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a cattle fraud scheme. Dennis Stebbins of Overbrook admitted to defrauding the owners of J Bar Ranch in Jefferson County by inflating the average weight and cost of the cattle he bought for the ranch.
