NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) _ The Nebraska Supreme Court has signed off on allowing media cameras and audio equipment in another state court. The high court on Wednesday gave its permission to allow the equipment inside a Lincoln County District courtroom Monday when Donald Lee is sentenced for the murder of a 4-year-old Sutherland girl. The first criminal trial in Nebraska to allow media cameras was in Gage County District Court in May 2008. A jury found Richard Griswold of Beatrice guilty of second-degree murder and use of a firearm to commit a felony. Other counties have since allowed in cameras as part of a pilot project, including Gage, Sarpy, Lancaster and Otoe counties in southeast Nebraska.
