Two Oakland teenagers will be back in Burt County Court March 18 after being charged with making terroristic threats and assault. 18 year old Justin Forsberg, and a 17 year old juvenile were in court last week in connection with an incident where they threatened to cut off a mans fingers. Forsberg is free on bond.
