A man is in jail and two people are in the hospital following an early morning accident in Wayne, Nebraska. Police say Kenneth Boryca lost control of his vehicle and it rolled at least four times.

One passenger suffered a possible head injury and was taken to a hospital. Another passenger was flown to Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City with life threatening injuries.

Boryca was arrested for driving while intoxicated and willfull reckless driving. He is in Pierce County jail. Charges are pending in Wayne County.
