LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Former U.S. Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns has coasted to an easy victory in Nebraska's GOP Senate primary. With 37 percent of precincts reporting, Johanns had 79 percent of the vote. The win Tuesday over political newcomer Pat Flynn sets up a November battle with Tony Raimondo or Scott Kleeb, the Democrats favored to win the primary. Early returns showed Kleeb with 67 percent of the vote. The winners will compete to replace Republican Chuck Hagel, who isn't seeking re-election. The 57-year-old Johanns, also a former Nebraska governor, has already raised more than $2 million. ___ On the Net: Pat Flynn for Senate: http://www.flynn2008.com Mike Johanns for Senate: http://www.mikejohanns2008.com Tony Raimondo campaign: http://www.raimondo2008.com Scott Kleeb: http://www.scottkleeb.com
