Neb. Attorney General Jon Bruning

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning has released interrogation videos, police reports and other documents he says show questionable tactics used in the wrongful conviction of six people for a 1985 rape and murder. Three people have been released from prison in recent weeks after DNA evidence showed they were not involved in the rape and murder of Helen Wilson. They are the first Nebraska inmates freed by DNA evidence. The DNA evidence has proved that an Oklahoma man who died in 1992 killed Wilson. Former Gage County Attorney Richard Smith could not be reached to comment on Thursday. He has said he doesn't dispute the DNA evidence, but does disagree with the notion that the prosecution erred.
