GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (AP) _ A Grand Island man has won $200,000 playing Powerball from the Nebraska lottery. David Kokenge claimed his prize Friday, and plans to use the money to pay bills and possibly take a trip to California. He picked all five of the winning white ball numbers last Wednesday at a Grand Island Skagway. Kokenge told lottery officials when he found out he had won, he was shocked and didn't believe it. The odds of winning $200,000 playing Powerball are one in more than 3.5 million.
