LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Three men are running for the University of Nebraska Board of Regents seat being vacated by Charles Wilson. Lincoln attorneys Earl Scudder and Tim Clare and University of Nebraska-Lincoln computer and engineering lecturer Don Costello are the candidates in District 1, which covers Lancaster County. Meanwhile, Howard Hawks of Omaha is running unopposed in District 2, which covers parts of Douglas and four nearby counties. The regents oversee the administration of the four university campuses. Wilson announced in September that he would not seek a fourth six-year term. ___ On the Net: Earl Scudder for regent: http://scudder4regent.com/ Tim Clare for regent: http://clareforregent.com/ Don Costello for regent: http://www.costelloforregent.com/blog/
