Clayton Anderson to head back into space in 2010

^ OMAHA, Neb. (AP) _ Nebraska native and NASA astronaut Clayton Anderson is going into orbit _ again. The 49-year-old Ashland native is set to blast off aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis in February 2010 for the International Space Station. Anderson will be part of a seven-member crew and serve as a mission specialist. The crew will deliver supplies, research and science experiment equipment and a new sleeping area. Last year, Anderson spent five months aboard the space station. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Hastings College, and a master's degree in aerospace engineering from Iowa State University. (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press.
