OMAHA, Neb. (AP) _ One more Nebraska resident has joined a growing list of people suing an Omaha man accused of misusing investments and a company they say is liable in his operation. Milo Vacanti filed a federal lawsuit in Omaha this week against Bryan Behrens, who operated a financial planning and insurance firm. Vacanti says he invested $2 million with Behrens over 2005 and 2006. He alleges Behrens did not invest the money and spent it in other ways. Five other federal lawsuits have been filed making the same claims. The lawsuits also name Sunset Financial Services, a Kansas City, Mo.-based company for which Behrens was a registered agent. They allege the company had a duty to supervise Behrens but failed.
