A 23-year-old Wayne State College Student is expected to be in Wayne County District Court Monday after being charged in a one car crash that seriously injured 2 of his friends. Reports show Boryca was allegedly intoxicated, driving his car at a high rate of speed on a Wayne street when he sheared off a utility pole, then struck a metal pole and rolled four times early in the morning on March 22^nd. 21-year-old John Dubray the third who was a passenger suffered a head injury while another passenger, 21-year-old Gina Giaffoglione suffered life-threatening injuries after she was partially ejected and pinned under the car. Boryca was arrested for driving while intoxicated and willful reckless driving and was released on bond.
