Published Tuesday, March 04, 2008 at 10:45 AM
A Michigan man has pleaded not guilty to three charges, including motor vehicle homicide, following a fatal accident, in Dakota County in November. Trial is set for May 12th for 35-year-old John Rush, of Byron Center, Michigan. He filed written pleas of not guilty on Monday. Investigators say Rushs van ran a stop sign at the intersection of Highways 77 and 35 and hit a car. The driver of that car, 45-year-old Dennis Stammer, of Winnebago, Nebraska, died in the crash.
