Nebraska’s offense was clicking on all cylinders in the second set, hitting .682 in rolling to a 25-16 victory. The Husker outside hitters did most of the damage, as Mueller and Werth combined for 11 kills without an error. A Mueller kill and aces highlighted started a 6-1 Husker spurt, as Nebraska took a 20-12 lead on a Kori Cooper kill and cruised into the locker room with a 2-0 lead.

In the finale, it was the Lindsey Licht show, as the junior totaled five kills and three blocks in a 25-16 victory. Missouri pulled to within 13-9, but Nebraska rolled off three straight points to take a 16-9 lead on one of Delano’s five kills in the set.
