NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ It's taken 25 years, but there now is a match for Nebraska's ``Scoring Explosion'' offense. Oklahoma has equaled the NCAA-record 89 touchdowns scored by the 1983 Cornhuskers. Both teams did it in 12 games. The Sooners play Missouri in the Big 12 championship game on Saturday needing only 16 points to tie the season scoring mark of 656 points set by Hawaii in 14 games in 2006. The Sooners have scored at least that much in the first half of every game this season, and by the end of the first quarter in six of their games. Oklahoma's scoring average of 53.3 points leads the nation. The 1983 Huskers averaged 52 points a game.
